No-credit-check financing

• Shopify checkout: $1,498.50 down payment plus the non-refundable $400 financing fee, for a base total of $1,898.50.
• Onboarding: DMVI registers the buyer in EZVend for identity validation, finance agreements, e-signatures, ACH authorization and revenue deductions. No credit check is performed.
• Post-onboarding invoice: DMVI invoices freight and full applicable sales tax based on the $4,995 machine value. DMVI is registered in California, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington; tax treatment elsewhere follows applicable law.
• Remaining balance: $3,496.50 over 12 months, approximately $291.38 per month or $9.71 per day.
• Term start: The 12-month term begins when the machine ships.
• Revenue-assisted collection: Deductions flex with machine sales during the month up to the scheduled monthly amount. Strong sales do not collect more than that month's scheduled amount unless the buyer requests early payoff. Any month-end shortfall is collected from the authorized bank account by ACH.
• Early payoff: Allowed with no penalty.

Monthly and daily figures are rounded illustrations. Executed agreements, the configured payment schedule and final invoices control.

1. Tap a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay to unlock the fridge.
2. Open the door and take one or several products. No customer app or individual product scanning is required.
3. Close the door. AI vision identifies the final selection, completes the cashless transaction and updates inventory.

Software and payment processing

• AI software: first month after activation included; $49 per month beginning in month two.
• Card processing: 5.5% plus $0.05 per transaction.

Delivery and returns

• Typical curbside freight in the contiguous United States is $200–$350 and includes a liftgate.
• White-glove final-mile delivery and inside placement typically adds $500–$900 and is quoted for the destination.
• Provisioning typically takes about 2 business days. Ground transit is typically 1–3 days from the closest available U.S. warehouse.
• Unused and unopened machines may be returned within 15 days of delivery. The buyer pays return freight and a $200 restocking fee.
• The $400 financing fee is non-refundable.
